A blog for the discussion of topics of interest to college and university presidents, provosts, boards of trustees, enrollment managers, CFOs, and anyone else interested in enrollment.
The posts here will be different than on my other blogs: These will be much shorter (I listen to feedback!) and more focused on the things I’m hearing from colleagues and other people connected to the business of higher education. While I’ll incorporate data like I do on Higher Ed Data Stories and will continue writing about college admissions like I do on Admitting Things, the posts here will be less detailed, and intended to generate discussion and further inquiry.
Jon Boeckenstedt worked at six different institutions, with widely divergent missions, sizes, selectivity, and regions of the United States. He is the Principal of EnrollmentVP LLC, a consultancy that works with colleges and universities on enrollment planning, new student recruitment, board of trustee education, financial aid, and operations. He also offers coaching services to new enrollment officers.
The EnrollmentVP website is here. Blog posts are here.
